Quote from: joelcramer on May 24, 2023, 12:04:49 PMI was going to add my .02 cents. I even had it all types out. Then I thought I should just leave this to sbhaven who always has the right answers and the text of the law to prove it. So I decided to leave the answer to the expert where it belongs.
About all I got on this (SBR/trust) is pointing to the following from ATF. Beyond that, got nothing.

Can I register my firearm with a "stabilizing brace" to my trust?
Yes; however, the firearm would have needed to be owned by the trust prior January 31, 2023. Evidence that the firearms was in trust should be provided with the registration document.
