I don't get why anyone would buy these when they could buy CCI at the same price. Brownells has CCI available at least a few times a week for like $85/K before fees.

To me the AR deal is just a little easier $104 per thousand vs Brownells $107 per thousand all in to your door isnt a big deal especially since most people would rather have CCI. For me American Reloading is one time on the computer, one CC charge, one time waiting to sign for the package... I have never had a problem with Wolf or any other Russian shit but maybe Ive been lucky and Ive always had great items from American Reloading so its nice to do business with them. Anyway theres my view from the couch be safe out there its icey.

I won't buy any brand currently at 10ยข a pop. Perhaps FedArm has or will get an exclusive distribution agreement with Murom. Wouldn't that be a deal? A place to acquire berdan primers, even!
As "cjfog92" stated, I've had no issues with Wolf, Tula, PMC packaged Murom primers, boxer or berdan. I'm not saying they are better than CCI, Federal, whatever, but more choice and supply is always a good thing in my book.
Also, I don't expect I'll be buying from FedArm at $699 and $799.

I'd say primers are the least important component for reloading pistols. As long as they go off and are consistent I don't think it matters. Modern manufacturing for ammunition is pretty amazing.

There's still a bunch of 124/5gr HSTs in stock (pulls, of course):
