I liked the video. It made your position easy to comprehend and left little doubt as to what the police did out there.

This is why a lot of law abiding people have a severe mistrust of the police. How can you be in charge of (and continue after the fact) enforcing laws in which you dont know and decide to make up on the spot?

Another example of guilty until proven innocent. The real shame here is that the cops don't have any consequence in the decision to ruin lives. They simply high five each other and yell "good job". The upside to this is you have one of the best attorneys and video with audio. Make sure you sue the officers, supervisor, PD, and the rhe town for legal fees and that whole house remodel.

Agreed. I understand you not being after money and just want the bullshit thrown out, but the fact is... money is all these people understand. It sucks because their money is our money, and ultimately the taxpayer is the one getting spanked for their incompetence; but IH8SPM is still right. The only way to put these fuckers in their place and get them to change their behavior is kick them right in the nuts: cost them money. Sue everyone remotely involved for all they're worth. If it's really a matter of principle for you not to make money on this, give it all to charity or something. Maybe donate it to the NRA or CCDL to add insult to injury. But don't let them get away with it, and suing is the only way- unfortunately- to call them on the carpet and not have them leave with a smirk on their face.
But it will be like teaching a pig to sing, a waste of your time, and you'll only succeed in anoying the pig.

I love CT. I've lived here my entire life, it's all the socialists and libtards that I hate.

Im surprised not a one police officer responded because I know for a fact many are on the site.
I know one or more of those police new what other officers were doing .  You just do not repeat phrases like  " things would of went allot different if you cooperated"  make up your own laws charge me with the worst firearm law that could hurt me in court and in my personal life . Broke my BF cell phone on purpose . None of them said hey this is wrong. Now all their superiors know all the way up to the chief. No fucks were given.
You know what happen instead they doubled down .
Its a new day for gun owners . Think our current laws are tuff now . You havent seen anything. You have a real chance for your voice to be heard . My lawyer said they will make allot happen if this gets recognition. We have a great president in office.
I keep asking for support in protesting. We can do something now.  As I see it I will be fine. I want more than that though. One day something similar will happen to you or a loved one. Want to be told you can not carry your hand gun loaded , home , car ,public places?   Maybe we will be like DC / Chicago was with a full ban on firearms.  It takes one weekend for few hours.

This may or may not be S.Foran . This May or may not be just a representative.

does your lawyer think posting here regarding what happened is in your best interests?
I have seen the video and I would agree you got a raw deal however at this point I would let my lawyer handle it

This is not a personal attack so please do not take it that way.
Edit to add- I would be happy to donate to your legal defense provided all is legit. If I can help send me an email- its in my contact info.

Nutter my lawyer and her investigator made the video and are aware of what im doing . Its been encouraged just not to really speak about that day.  The video you watched are the police officers body cams . The DA have the same videos.
Im not looking for donation. But thank you for the offer . My legal expenses have been paid for by me already .
Im hoping other feel as I have over the past years. Im just looking for your support  using our #1 tool your voice protesting.

I hope that you win- My father was a police officer and his advice to me (when I was just a boy) was never talk to a police officer. I asked why, and his response was "we are not your friend", "we ARE going to arrest someone".
You will win- you should be compensated for their ignorance as well
