4:10pm - Red Ned, Blumenthal, and Murphy are on CT television yapping trashing Trump.  What a bunch of a$$holes!

I wish I could get out of this state.

Over 240 Americans died today from the virus.
7-10 days from now, you'll have 2,000 dead per day.
That's how you get to these projections of 100,000+ dead.

Just getting started, nothing slowing down.

If you want to make any comparison to the number of people who die from all strains fo the flu each day the US on average, its between 20-50.

Until people's family members start dieing they still won't listen. I've stopped debating with people about this. I warned all family members and friends in January to get ready when I first spoke to my friend at the WHO about this. Since then everythign has fallen in place just like I predicted. Sucks but better be prepared than not. Many people still don't think it's anything serious on FB also and I jsut shake my head and try to post funny things unrelated to CnV19 if possible.

I hope everyone on here is staying safe and keep an open mind. If you don't do it for yourself, do it for others.

Stay home, drink beers, eat steak, relax, but don’t go getting soft on me this summer. You know, you’re sitting around the pool all day chasing the muff around…  ;D

One more thing to look at.  It’s mildly interesting.

I can’t say too much has changed for me.  I’m certainly more careful, yet life and work go on.  Plus having three little ones is it’s own quarantine. Shoot, the work of strapping and unstrapping them from their car seats is enough hassle to temper the whole family outing thing.

18,100+ new infections in the US lab-confirmed in one day (3/25/2020).

US now surpasses all of China's documented infections at 86,000+.

So true. I said that same thing yesterday to someone else- Americans are so self-centered that this is won't affect their outlook or behavior until someone they know dies. I guarantee most Americans will know someone who died from this virus by the end of summer.
