We saw a rewrite happen live while Barrett was talking.

Merriam-Webster Suddenly Alters Definition Of ‘Preference’ After Dems Attack Coney Barrett

Suddenly, after Judge Amy Coney Barrett used the term “sexual preference” in her confirmation hearings for the Supreme Court on Tuesday and Democrats slammed her for using the term, the Merriam-Webster dictionary declared the term “preference” could be “offensive.”....

"Sexual preference", eh?  I refer to them as perverts.  I don't care if someone finds it offensive.

More talk of court packing by a Democratic Senator (not one of ours surprisingly this time). This time Sen. Coons outright threatens court packing if Republicans don't bow to Democratic demands to not confirm Barrett.

Democratic Senator ‘Open’ To Packing Supreme Court If GOP Won’t ‘Step Back’ From Barrett Confirmation
https://www.dailywire.com/news/democratic-senator-open-to-packing-supreme-court-if-gop-wont-step-back-from-barrett-confirmation

“Like Joe Biden, I’m not a fan of expanding the court, but we have a few weeks here to see whether there are four Republicans who will step back from this precipice,” Coons said. “It is President Trump who has pressed for this nominee so he can have a key vote to overturn the Affordable Care Act in the middle of a pandemic. It is the Republican majority that’s responsible for racing forward with this extreme, unqualified nominee—unqualified because of her extreme judicial philosophy.”

“That’s who should be bearing the brunt at the ballot box in this election, that they’re doing this to get someone on the court just in time, a week after the election, to take away critical health care protections from a majority of Americans,” Coons added. “We need to focus on that, and then if we happen to be in the fact-pattern where we have a President Biden, we’ll have to look at what the right steps are to rebalance our federal judiciary.”

Tapper pressed Coons whether his “mind is open” about packing the court, and Coons responded with a quick “yes.”

I have no idea who is going to win the election, but if the Republicans win, how would the Democrats feel about court packing then?

Amy was voted out of committee a few minutes ago in a 12 - 0 vote.

The demo-commies were all absent, because they were having their diapers changed.

The Dems are also going to childishly "boycott" the Senate confirmation vote Monday or Tuesday. McConnell says he'll waive the quorum rule if they don't show up. At least show up and state your nay vote instead of pouting.

So Barrett was unanimously voted out of the committee?  LOL

Of course that's not the headline we'll see in the MSM.

Sets a shitty example for trying to mobilize people to vote- when you, the elected representative will just throw up your hands and walk away from a vote when the wind isn’t blowing your way.

There’s ONE thing your constituents elected you to do- vote on their belhalf.
