They may be, but depending on what age/series RCBS dies you have the thread size on the decapping stem varies. You'll just have to take your dies and see which ones fit.
 
Most of my Lyman dies have a 5/8 thread (I'm guessing, no thread gauge in my pocket), but, one has a fixed decap stem (non-adjustable) whereas others have an adjustable and rebuild-able stem/expander/pin.

This a newer  2 die set with adjustable ex pander pin, just starting to load 308. Only loaded pistol caliber in past. Just looking t replace rod
.Son in law bent rod with in minutes cant seem to find a replacement

Contact the die manufacturer. They probably can send you out a new one.

Agreed. They may send a replacement free of charge.
Make sure you cull the berdan-primed cases, else you'll bend another stem, or at least snap your pin.
