Anyone here using Olight pistol lights?
« on: February 22, 2021, 10:40:33 PM »
I need a light for my Glock 29.  The cheapy thing I have isn't the best.  Surefire is interesting, but too pricey for my needs.  I want something that clips on and off quickly.  Olight has that option.  I don't want rechargeable.

Anyone using Olight?  Ya happy?

TIA

I have a good number of Olights and have several for pistols. Well made and durable. I've shot hundreds of rounds with them and never had a problem. As for rechargeable batteries vs something like a CR123, I'll take rechargeable every time. Especially since Olight uses a magnetic charging system. You don't need to remove the light to charge it.

All I have heard about Olight in recent history is how they're garbage. There are plenty of exploding or melting or smoking Olight stories out there.

It's a Chinese company hocking crap here to compete with Streamlight, Sure Fire, and Cloud Defensive.

Tlr 1 can be had for a bit over 100. Streamlight assembles these in the USA.

Try Inforce APLc. I have one of my Sig P series pistols. They make a model compatible with Glock rail. It’s a good light and compact enough for Glock 29. I think it was a little over $100 dollars

I have all the major types of lights including olight, they work fine just as the others do. The only light I’ve ever had issues with is Streamlight,an intermittent issue with a tlr6 switch.
Still Revolutionary
